It has been a long time since Camberley Lodge celebrated in Bournemouth, so we would be delighted to welcome as many of you as possible. If you are able to bring a table of family and friends we are sure that it will be a weekend to remember.
The Hermitage is a charming hotel, newly refurbished and situated at the end of the Winter Gardens and within a two minute (flat) walk of the Pier and Promenade.
The weekend will commence on Friday with check-in available from 2pm. The hotel is very comfortable and has a lovely bar, restaurant and lounge with views over the gardens, pier and coastline. Should you wish to venture out there are some fabulous walks, shops and local bars.
A three-course dinner will be provided for you in the hotel restaurant.
On Saturday morning, a continental or full English breakfast will be available for you until 10am. The rest of the day is then yours to explore!
The Festival Banquet will commence at 5.30pm with a drinks reception. This will be followed by a five course banquet, traditional speeches, thanks to our ladies and dancing to the fabulous“Audio Allstars”.
First Touch will of course be our chosen charity and we are anticipating some special prizes as well as a raffle and auction.
Our aim for this year is to raise £5,000 for First Touch and with your help we are sure this will be possible. We thank you in anticipation for supporting this tremendous charity and also Camberley Lodge.
On Sunday morning breakfast will be provided until 10am. Checkout and fond farewells will be at 11am.
We will be happy to take deposits and payments for this event (cheques to be made payable to Paul Wells) from now until March to spread the cost. Receipts for each payment will be issued.
Please don't hesitate to contact either of us if you wish to attend any of the functions or would like further information.
