The Worshipful Master will be holding a barbecue, open to all Camberley Lodge Members, family and friends, in aid of his designated charity for the year.

The cost of £10 per person includes sausages, chicken, and burgers along with all the trimmings and bread rolls; followed by a dessert of gateau or fruit salad and tea or coffee. Please advise if not suitable and detail any special dietary requirements.
Please bring along your own soft drinks or alcoholic drinks if required.
Raffle prizes would also be appreciated.

60'S BAND NIGHT
Friday 8th November 2019 - time to be advised
For one night only the infamous 'Out of the Shadows' will play live and entertain you with a fabulous repertoire from the 1960's.
Pre-booked tickets will be £10 per head and open to friends and family. There will be a paying bar.
Again, the raffle will be in aid of 'First Touch' and raffle prize donations would be most welcome.
More details to follow in due course.
Saturday 25th January 2020 - time to be advised
Renaissance Hotel, London Heathrow Airport
Ticket price - to be advise in due course.
Details being finalised but it will follow a traditional format with haggis and piper, entertainment and optional overnight accommodation at a special rate.
The charity will be 'First Touch' as before.
Friday 27th and Saturday 28th March 2020
Hermitage Hotel, Bournemouth.
This is a charming hotel, newly refurbished and ideally situated at the end of the Winter Gardens and within two minutes walk of the Pier and Promenade. We will write to you again with more details soon but for now the cost options are as follows:
Full weekend: £175 per person
Saturday night only: £125 per person
Banquet only: £75 per person.
We will be happy to take deposits and payments for this event (cheques to be made payable to Paul Wells) from now until March to spread the cost. Receipts for each payment will be issued.
The rooms are lovely and there are no surcharges for single occupancy.
Car parking is free!
We would be delighted to see as many of you as possible and if you are able to bring a table of family and friends we are sure it will be a weekend to remember.
First Touch will of course be our chosen charity and we are anticipating some special prizes as well as a raffle and auction.
Our aim for this year is to raise £5,000 for First Touch and with your help we are sure this will be possible. We thank you in anticipation for supporting this tremendous charity and also Camberley Lodge.
